At Radiance360, we want you to glow with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Radiance360 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit; please include your original packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
